For web3 technology to revolutionize the digital economy, we require mass adoption, which can only happen with a drastic improvement in web3 UX.
We believe that smart accounts will be the dominant standard for achieving this and that a modular infrastructure will provide the flexibility needed to go beyond the simple features of account abstraction we have seen today (e.g., gas fee and seed phrase abstraction) to a world where powerful onchain products with seamless UX become the norm.
We’re building the middleware layer to enable a secure, open, and permissionless marketplace for smart account modules. Developers use Rhinestone to speed up the process of building, deploying, and integrating modules with existing account and wallet vendors. These vendors use Rhinestone to offer their users a plug-and-play smart account system.
Our trusted partners include Safe, Biconomy, ZeroDev, Circle, Alchemy, WalletConnect, OKX, Pimlico, and many more leading projects in the account abstraction space.
Rhinestone currently operates as a hybrid organization that values in-person interaction to drive culture and alignment around a unified vision. Our co-founders are based in 🇬🇧London, and we’re building the core team as a London-based team. However, our main priority is hiring top talent with a remote-friendly culture. Our search is for UTC +- 3 candidates with relocation packages for those open to moving to London.
As a team, we come together at least once every six months for an offsite (usually hacker house style). For example, in H2 2024, we’ll be in Thailand for a week leading up to DevCon.
